When a new person comes to us, we:
STEP 1: Have you fill out a health questionnaire, which you can access online.
If you're interested in optimizing health please complete a Nutrition Questionaire here. If you're interested in losing weight, please fill out a Lifestyle Profile Questionaire here.
STEP 2: Find out what your needs are and help you design a nutritional program for optimal health.
STEP 3: For those individuals who are interested in learning more about what they can do to optimize their health, we offer to put them on our nutrition email, send a monthly newsletter, and we are available to schedule consultations by phone to answer any nutritional question you may have.
Through our Weight Management coaching program we support those wanting to loose weight. We help you take control of what you're eating, what proper portion sizes are, what the best food choices are. And basically help you form good eating habits that you can be comfortable with for a lifetime.
STEP 4: We pride ourselves on having lifelong relationships with our clients and customers. If you need more support or have questions about improving your health through nutrition, we're always here for you. We have weekly product conference calls where you may listen to doctors and nutritionists talk about the various nutrition products and proven natural solutions we reccomend, as well as listen to people sharing their health stories.
We also have a large selection of CDs on various health topics, we you may request at any time by completing our continuing education form.
